A patient completes a form on our site expressing interest in your services.
Sent to you
We send the lead straight to your clinic, along with a fee of £30 invoiced for the referral.
You make contact
Your clinic contacts the patient directly to arrange and book their appointment.
Invoiced
The £30 lead fee is invoiced to you once the lead is sent, no separate commission on the outcome.
Qualified referrals
Patients come to you already interested in booking, no cold leads, no marketing spend required on your part.
Flexible scheduling
Accept the appointments that fit your diary. Clinic-based, home visits, or both, you choose your coverage area and hours.
Stay independent
You remain fully independent, Soundwell does not dictate which hearing aid brands or products you recommend.

Current HCPC registration is required before you can join our network. If you're newly qualified, trained overseas, or your registration has lapsed, you can apply, or check what's needed, directly on the HCPC's own website.
