Soundwell exists to connect people with hearing concerns to genuinely independent, fully regulated audiologists, without the pressure of a single manufacturer's sales targets.
Our story
Too many people put off getting their hearing checked because the process can feel more like a sales pitch than healthcare. We started Soundwell to change that, building a trusted network of independent practitioners who are free to recommend what will genuinely help, whether that's a particular hearing aid, earwax removal, tinnitus support or simply practical advice.
Soundwell is co-owned and shaped by a qualified audiologist, helping us understand what excellent hearing care should feel like from the first enquiry to ongoing support. Our goal is to make that same thoughtful, personalised experience available to everyone.
Today, our network provides clinic appointments and home visits across the UK, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, earwax removal and tinnitus care, all delivered with the same commitment to professional, patient-focused clinical standards.

HCPC-registered only
Every audiologist in our network is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and meets our clinical standards before joining.
